To construct etorm sewer in WSSTMINSTER ST. from Larpeateur Ave. to
Hyacinth Ave., and two storm water po�ding areas, one being bounded by
Arlington Ave., Cottage Ave., Arkwright St. and s.li�e 480 ft. west
of Arkwright St. the other being bounded bq Westminster St., I.S. 35E
right-of-way, Syacinth Ave. aAd a line 380 ft. south of flyacinth Ave.
Said ponding sites approved for acquisitioa by the City Council under
Final Orders CF No. 269581, approved Auguat 16, 1977 and C.F.
No. 270208, approved December 15, 1977
under Administrative Order D-4192 approved February 27� 1978
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 429,,3A0_00 .
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 20� day of June, 1978 � at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
