ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of CD Year III Budget Transfer & approval of agreement.�

PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: We must set aside funds to pay for
the federally required audits of the CDBG Program and Sub-Contractors. A Request
for Proposal (RFP) was prepared and the accounting firm of Thorsen, Campbell , Rolando
and Lehne scored first in the rankings.
