In the Matter of constructing a stoxm sewer in a 12 foot perpetual
easement across; Lot 18 and 19, Block 12, Scenic flilla No. 2, St. Paul
Minnesota, from the south line of Highway I-94 to Suburban Ave.
!he center line of the 12 foot easement is described as follaws:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 19 distance 17.06
feet easterly of the NW corner of said Lot 19; then SW'ly to the SW
corner of said Lot 19 and there terminating. 1'he side lines of said
easement shall be prolonged or shortened to terminate on the southerly
and northerly lines of said Lots 18 � 19. Also, along the aouth line of
Highway I-94 right-of-way approximately 160 feet west of said easement
to esaement.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ �nded ,
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 30th day of May, 1978 � at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
