RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby accept dedication of easements for street and sewer
purposes presented by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, in compliance with the terms
and conditions imposed by the City Council when it granted the
Housing Authority petition to vacate portion of Endicott Street,
and the City Attorney is hereby directed to file the easements
in the proper office of recordation.
