His knowledge regarding the criminal activity at the karaoke cafes operated by the •applicants in California, is essential in establishing the facts upon which LIEP's position is based; and WHEREAS, The City has agreed to pay the costs associated with Deputy Wallace's visit; to Deputy Wallace, Travel Associates or other parties involved, not to exceed $1,500.00; NOW THEREFORE, It Is Ordered that the City of Saint Paul through its Mayor approves payments not to exceed $1,500.00 to the above mentioned parties.
