In the Matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary
for the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of
removal of la.teral support from subject land or rema:in-
der thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or con-
struction of slopes in the grading and paving of the
alleys in Blocks 30 and 31, Rice and Irvine's Addition
under Administrative Order D�'�'�7 approved JUly, 'rj, 19`T8
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the May.�f'upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ X .
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2ZLth day of
_ OCtOber� 19'78 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
