An administrative Resolution approving a Memorandum
of Agreement between the Professional Employees
Association, Unit I, and Independent School District
No. 625.
WHEREAS, it is desirable to have a provision that the Maintenance
Coordinator may be credited with the amount of sick leave accumulated
and unused while on an independent contract relationship with the School
District; and
WHEREAS, the employer and the exclusive representative have met
in good faith and negotiated the terms and conditions of such a provision;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Memorandum of Agreement, cited above, dated
as of the effective date of this Resolution, between the Professional
Employees Association, Unit I, and Independent School District No. 625,
on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved, and the authorized
administrative officials of the City and Independent 5chool District No. 625
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Memorandum of
Agreement on behalf of the City.

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
The undersigned hereby agree that Earl Johnson, presently
employed by Independent School District No. 625 in the position
of r4aintenance Coordinator may be credited with the amount of
sick leave accumulated and unused while on an independent contract
relationship with the School District. It is understood by both
parties that this title is newly established; certified within
P.E.A. ; not a modification of a previous certified title; and
that the accumulated sick leave was granted pursuant to a
schedule similar to that of the Personnel rules. This memorandum
is incorporated in and made a part of the present labor agreement �
between the unit represented by P.E.A. and Independent School j
District No. 625 .
