confirms and ratifies the appointment by the Mayor of Richard C.
Swanberg, Vice-President, First National Bank, to the Saint Paul
Civic Center Authority; Mr. Swanberg' s term of office fulfilling
the unexpired term of the late Lloyd L. Leider which will expire
July l, 1981.
