parlor licenses, private club licenses, and entertain-
ment licenses shall not be considered as officially
filed and irrevocable until the lapse of seven (7)

MEMORANDUM July 19, 1978
TO: Councilman David Hozza
FROM: Beryl A. Nord, Asst. City Attorne
RE: Attachment
Attached is an ordinance providing for finality of signatures
on consent petitions, similar to the provisions of the zoning
ordinance relating to zoning petitions.
This ordinance was requested by the License Committee. I believe
that there was a motion requesting this ordinance from the old
License Committee. I don't know whether or not you feel it should
come back before the Committee or go to the Council as a Committee
ordinance.
