Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:

ment of his claim of damages sustained on or
about May 12, 1978, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on June 29 ,
1978.
2. Craig Breimhorst and Caro1 Breimhorst the sum of
$73 .50 in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about February 23, 1978,
as more particularly set out in a communication
to the City Council on March 30 , 1978.
3. Walter M. Stadler and American Family Insurance
the sum of $270.50 in full settlement of their claim
of damages sustained on or about June 28, 1978,
as more particularly set out in a communication
to the City Council on July 11, 1978.
4. Kurt Lang the sum of $336.40 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about
June 16, 1978, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on July 11, 1978.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
R. A. BERTELSEN; CRAIG BREIMHORST AND
CAROL BREIMHORST; WALTER M. STADLER
AND AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE; AND
KURT LANG
Claimant, R. A. Bertelsen, requests reimbursement for damages
to his automobile. The damage occurred when a rock was thrown
up by a Community Services Groundsmaster. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Bertelsen's claim in th e amount of $4�.38.
Claimants, Craig Breimhorst and Carol Breimhorst, requests re-
imbursement for medical expenses incurred when their son, Chad
Breimhorst, fell into a stairwell at the Gorilla House at
Como Zoo. This office approves the settlement of Mr. and Mrs.
Breimhorst' s claim in the amount of $73 . 50 .
Claimants, Walter M. Stadler and American Family Insurance, re-
quest reimb ursement for damages to Mr. Stadler's automobile.
Mr. Stadler was involved in a motor vehicle accident with a
City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services vehicle
on June 28, 1978. This office approves the settlement of
their claim of damages in the amount of $270. 50 .
Claimant, Kurt Lang, requests reimbursement of daznages incurred
when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident wi th a City of
Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, street flusher on
June 16, 1978. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Lang' s�
claim in the amount of $336.40.
