RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Lani Myers and Keith Myers the sum of $58.80 in
full settlement of their claim of damages sus-
tained on or about January 19, 1978, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on June 8, 1978.
2. Michael D. Kapaun the sum of $10.00 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on
or about February, 1978, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
May 18, 1978.

CLAIMS AGAISNT CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY LANI MYERS AND KEITH MYERS AND
MICHAEL D. KAPAUN
Claimants, Lani Myers and Keith Myers, request reimbursement
for medical expenses incurred as a result of an injury to
their daughter at Groveland Playground on January 18, 1978.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. and Mrs. Myers'
claim in the amount of $58.80.
Claimant, Michael D. Kapaun, requests reimb ursement for sod
he purchased to repair his front lawn. The lawn was damaged
by a City snow plow in February of 1978. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Kapaun's claim in the amount of $10.00.
