WHERF�AS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota requests that certain tax forfeited lands located in the City of
Saint Paul be conveyed to them for renewal purpose, pursuant to the
provisions of M.S.A. 282.01, Subd. l, and
WHEEiEAS, the City Council of Saint Paul has no objection to the conveyance
of certain tax-forfeited lands to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of the City of Saint Paul, therefore be it
