WHEREAS z Praper notice has been received as to a change of area for the sale of liquor from
MGM Liquor Warehouse� Inc., Off Sale Liquor Licensee at 1110 W. Larpenteur Avenue,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the area for the sale of liquor be increased by 3�000 square feet, be and the
same is hereby approved! subject to the following conditions to which the licensee
consents:
l. MGM will construct a permanent fence in the 10-foot space between the
addition and the doctor's office.
2. MGM r„ri11 write a petition and circulate it in the neighborhood to request
no parking signs in the alley.
3. MGM, in consultation with neighbors,. will pairitthe a11ey wa11 of their building
a different color.
4. As part of the leasing agreements between 1�GM and future tensnts of the doctor's
building� a�r future parking behind the doctor�s bui.lding will be restricted to
employee paxking.
5. MGM will prepaxe literature to be put in their customer's shopping bags re-
questing that they do not p ark in the alley, and suggesting alternate ways of
leaving the parking lots.
6. MGM will use the police they have hired to help direct traffic out of the
B-Line and I�GM parking lots during peak hours, and help direct the cars
north on Zeadngton A�enue. These police will also monitor the alley to �dis-
suade loiterers.
