CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY R. B. FITZGERALD AND CLARICE P.
VICKERY
Claimant, R. B. Fitzgerald, reguests reimbursement for cleaning
of his shoes and trousers which were spotted with paint when he
attended the Evie Tornquist concert at the Saint Paul Civic
Center on January 27, 1978. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Fitzgerald's claim in the amount of $10.00 .
Claimant, Clarice P. Vickery, was involved in an automobile
accident with the a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public
Works , vehicle on January 27, 1978 . Expenses are for the re-
pair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settle-
ment of Ms. Vicery's claim in the amount of $600 .00.
