of Prospect Boulevard and Hall Avenue shall henceforth be known
as the �Theodosia Kidd Parknj and be it
FURTfiER RESOLVED, That the citizens of Saint Paul are en—

couraged to use the title "Theodosia Kidd Park" in reference to
this park land. ;
