MINNESOTA, a public body corporate and politic, hereinafter re£erred
to as the "HRA" , and �he CITY OF SAINT PAUL, a municipal corporaticn,
�. hereinafter referred to as the "City".

WITNESSETH: -
WHEREAS, pursuant ta the provisions of the Hiinnesota Municipal _
Housing and Redevelopment Act, Chapt,er 487, as amended, the HRA
has acquired certain lands as part of the Summit University Urban
Renewal Area, A2inn. A-1-1, in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan
for such project; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Plan for said project provides for
� the dedication of certain lands for park purposes; and
• WHEREAS, in order to carry out said Redevelopment Plan, the
�iRA desires to dedicate to the City as a mini-park below described.
NOW, THEREFORE, the HRA does hereby grant, bargain, quit claim
and convey unto the City forever land for park purposes the parcel
ai land lying and b�ing witnin the County of Ramse��, Statz a� t�innesota,
described as follows: �
Lots nineteen (19) and twenty (20} , Block fifteen {15) ,
• Woodland Park addition to the City of St. Paul,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in
. the office of the Register af Deeds within and for
said County.
Ta HAVE AND ZO HOLD THE SAME, together with all hereditaments
and �ppurtenances thereunto belonging or i.n anywise appertaining
tl�ereto to the City in trust for use by the public for park purposes.
The City agrees for itself and its successors and assigns to or of
the praperty descrihed herein or any part the�eof, that the City �
ann such suEC�ssors and asszgns shail not da.scriminate upon the basis
of race, colar, religion, sex or national origin in the use of said
property. It is intended and agreed that the foregoing agree�ent
shall be � covenant running �rrith the land, and that such agreement
shall be binding to the fullest extent of law and equity for the bene--
fit and in favor of and enforceable by the FiRAr its succe�sors and
assigns, and the United States of America against the Ca.ty, its
