RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul_ does
hereby approve cancellation of real estate taxes and assessments
erroneously levied against property clescribed in Ramsey County
application, �Robert• J. Ellis, No. 93292, the property being owned
by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint
Paul, Minnesota, and being exempt from real estate taxes and
assessments pursuant to state law, and the City Clerk is directed
to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Depart-
ment of Property Taxation.
