CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
RONALD E. HUGHES, CHRISTINE E. ERNST,
THOMAS M. CAJACOB, JC�E AIQDERSON, AND
BERNARD F. BENESCH
Claimant, Ronald E. Hughes, was involved in an aut�omobile accident
with a Cityo uf Saint Paul, Departrnent of Police, vheicle on
November 19, 1977. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of 2�r. Hughes '
claim in the amount of $150 . 00.
Claiman t, Christine E. Ernst, requests reimbursement for damages
to her au tomobile tire. The tire was damaged when she backed
over a screw and latch from a tool box belonging to a tree trimming
crew from the City of Saint Paul. This office approves the
settlement of Ms. Ernst's claim in the amount of $10.57.
Claiman t, Thomas M. Cajacob, was involved in an au�mobile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on
January 8, 1978. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Cajacob's
claim in the amount of $266.44 .

vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Benesch's
