RESOLVED, That in accordance with Section 16g. 14, Subdivision 5, of
the Minnesota Motor Vehicle and Traffic Laws, the Councii of the City of
St. Paul hereby requests the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of
Transportation to determine the maximum safe speeds on the following
streets or portions thereof:
Lower Afton Road from McKnight Road to Point Douglas Road
and to authorize the City of St. Paul to revise the existing speed zones
in accordance with the findings of the Commissioner of the Minnesota
Department of Transportatio�.
