RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 16g.14, Subdivision 5 of
the Minnesota Motor Vehicle and Traffic Laws, the Council of the City of
St. Paul hereby requests the Con�nissioner of the Minnesota Department of
Transportation to determine the maximum safe speeds on the following
streets or portions thereof:
Dayton Avenue from Victoria Street to Summit Avenue
Marshall Avenue from Summit Avenue to Mississippi River Blvd.
and to authorize the City of St. Paul to revise the existing speed zoo�es
in accordance with the findings of the Cortrtunnissioner of the Minnesota
Department of Transportation.
