Copies of State Laws and City Ordinances regazding the authorities, responsibilities and stxucture of the RCA including any eacisting legal opnuons regazding the application of these laws in Saint Pau1 2. Copies of all studies, reports, letters, memotanda and Council Resolutions regazding the possible merger of the RCA and the CVB since January 1, 1995. 3. Copies of the mission statements of the RCA, the CVB and the City's Mazketing and Communicarions Division since January 1, 1995. 4. Copies of all existing documents desctibing the success of these activities in accomplishing their missions. 5. Copies of the current contract with the Saint Paul Arena Corporation (SPAC) including any e7cisting reports regarding contract compliance and accomplishments. 6. A work plan including timelines and resource requirements for Council Reseazch to conduct: A. An evaluation of the success of the RCA, the CVB, SPAC and the City's Marketing and Communications Division in accomplishing their missions. B. Copies of State Laws and City Ordinances regazding the authorities, responsibilities and stxucture of the RCA including any eacisting legal opnuons regazding the application of these laws in Saint Pau1 2. Copies of all studies, reports, letters, memotanda and Council Resolutions regazding the possible merger of the RCA and the CVB since January 1, 1995. 3. Copies of the mission statements of the RCA, the CVB and the City's Mazketing and Communicarions Division since January 1, 1995. 4. Copies of all existing documents desctibing the success of these activities in accomplishing their missions. 5. Copies of the current contract with the Saint Paul Arena Corporation (SPAC) including any e7cisting reports regarding contract compliance and accomplishments. 6. A work plan including timelines and resource requirements for Council Reseazch to conduct: A. An evaluation of the success of the RCA, the CVB, SPAC and the City's Marketing and Communications Division in accomplishing their missions. B.
