FIXING TIME OF HEARING THEREON File No. 17766-G
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for improvi.sg Hoyt Ave. at�d
Sdgemont St. by grading and surfacing, constructing concrete curb and
gutter, constructing an ornamental lighting system on Edgemont St. from
500 ft. south of Wheelock Pkwy. to Wheelock Pkwy., and rough grade and
construct temporary surface on Hoyt Ave. from Westminster St. to
Edgemont St. (vacated) G-2041. Also constructing a sanitary sewer in
Edgemont St. from Wheelock Pkwy, 500 ft. south to cul-de-sac and in �
easement from the cul-de-sac in Edgemont St. west to Westminster St. (S-1514)
Also, constructing a storm sewer in the Edgemont St. cul-de-sac 500 ft.
south of Wheelock Pkwy. and run to the west in an easement to Westminster
St., thence in an easement on the east side of Westminster St. south to
Hoyt Ave. . from Westminster St. to the Soo Line Ry.; and in an easement
thru Blk. 4, Dawson's 5th Add. from Ho�rt Ave. to Wheelock Pkwy. (5-1296A)

The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement having been
submitted to the Council,and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory,therefore,be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the �entythird day of
January, 1979 , at the hour of ten o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Director of Finance give notice of said meetings,as
required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the
amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
