Addition of the following to the 15-Minute Parking Meters: Three meters on the north side of Kellogg Boulevard approximately 30 feet, 62 feet, and 84 feet west of Minnesota Street; two meters on the east side of St. Peter Street approximately 122 feet and 120 feet north of Ninth Street; and one meter on the south side of Fifth Street approximately 90 feet east of Jackson Street. 2. Deletion of the following from the 15-Minute Parking Meters: One meter on the west side of Wabasha Street approximately 30 feet north of Fifth Street; one meter on the north side of Seventh Place approximately 10 feet west of Cedar Street; one meter on the north side of Seventh Place approximately 14 feet west of Robert Street; � and one meter on the north side of Seventh Place approximately 10 feet west of Jackson Street. 3• Addition of the foliowing to the ONE-HOUR Parking Meters: Both sides of Seventh Place from St. Peter Street to Sixth Street; and the north side of Sherburne Avenue from Capitol Blvd. to Cddar St. 4. Deletion of the foilowing from the ONE-HOUR Parking Meters: The north side of Seventh Place from St. Peter Street to Cedar Street; and the north side of Seventh Place from Minnesota St. to Jackson St. 5. Addition of the following to the TWO-HOUR Parking Meters: The west side of John Ireland Boulevard from Twelfth Street to Columbus Avenue; Both sides of Columbus Avenue from John Ireland Boulevard to Iglehart Street; both sides of Columbus Avenue from Wabasha Street to Cedar Street; the north side of Central Avenue from Cedar Street to approximately 200 feet east; the south side of Aurora Avenue from Cedar Street to approximately 150 feet east; and the east side of Wabasha Street from Columbus Avenue to Central Avenue. PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: The addition of parking mete rs were requested by the abutting property owners and are due to the parking demand in the downtown and the outlying areas. The deletion of parking meters atong Seventh Place were requested by the Dept. of Planning � Economic Development due to the construction of islands along Seventh Place to provide faee parking, two hour limit, for citizens in the Downtown. The deletion of the parking meter on Wabasha Street was requested by the License Inspector for a cab stand to eliminate the doubie parking that had been occurring.
