RE: Suit against the City of Saint Paul by
Madelyn L. Favors and Anna M. Favors
The above-named plaintiffs have brought suit against the City
of Saint Paul for property damage and personal injuries sustained
by them on or about August 10, 1974, as a result of an autombbile
collision with a police vehicle at or near the intersection of
Selby Avenue and Kent Street in the City of Saint Paul.
This office approves the settlement of this lawsuit in the
amount of $2 , 250.
