WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has revised the right-of-way
requirements for the Dale Street Widening from Minnehaha Avenue to
VanBuren Avenue, and as such the Depaxtment of Public Works has
declared the property located at 710 North Dale Street surplus to
its needs, the property is described as:
The south 60 feet of the west 30 feet
of Lot 13 and the south 60 feet of
Lot 1�+, Michels Subdivision of Block
�+, Stinsons Division,
' � , the Division of Purchasing of the Department of Finance and
Management Services has conducted a public auction of the property;
now therefore be it
RFS OLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and
directed to convey title to the property described as:
The south 60 feet of the west 30 feet
of Lot 13 and the south 60 feet of
Lot 1�+, Michels Subdivision of Block
4, Stinsons Division'
to Mr. Arthur L. Tysk, who was the successful bidder at the price of
�21,100.00. The proceeds of the sale will be credited to PIR Fund
