RESOLVED , That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Cathleen A. Schoumaker the sum of $67.95 in full
settlement of her claim of damages sustained on
or about January 30, 1978, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on
June 13 , 1978.
2. Mrs. Sarah Klane the sum of $62.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or
about July 21, 1978, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on August 15,
1978.
3. Martha J. Kamradt the sum of $99.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or
about April 17, 1978, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on ''
June 20 , 1978.
4. Father 0. Larry Munie the sum of $81.95 in full
� settlement of his claim of damages sustained on
or about October 11, 1978, as more particularly
` set out in a communication to the City Council on
November 9, 1978.
5. American States Insurance and Dennis D. Gugat the
sum of $608.08 in full settlement of their claim
of damages sustained on or about August 11, 1978, as
more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on October 10, 1978.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY CATHLEEN A. SCHOUMAKER; MRS. SARAH
KLANE; MARTHA J. KAMRADT; FATHER 0. LARRY
MUNIE; AND AMERICAN STATES INSURANCE AND
DENNIS D. GUGAT
Claimant, Cathleen A. Schoumaker, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Pau1 , Department of Police, vehicle
on January 30 , 1978. Expenses are for th e repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Schoumaker's
claim in the amount of $67.95 .
Claimant, Mrs. Sarah Klane, requests reimbursement for medical
expenses incurred when she fell on City sidewalk on Wabasha
Street, between 8th and 9th Streets, on July 21 , 1978. This
office approves the settlement of Mrs. Klane's claim in the
� amount of $62 .00.
Claimant, Martha J. Kamradt, requests reimb ursement for medical
expenses incurred when she fell on City sidewalk on Cedar and
6th Streets on April 17, 1978. This office approves the settle-
ment of Ms. Kamradt's claim in the amount of $99.00.
Claimant, Father O. Larry Munie, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Fire and
Safety Services, vehicle on October 11, 1978. Expenses are
for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Father Munie's claim in the .amount of $81.95.
Claimant�, American States Insurance and Dennis D. Gugat, request
reimbursement for damages to Mr. Gugat's vehicle. The vehicle
was involved in an accident with a City of Saint Paul , Department
of Police vehicle on August 11, 1978. This office approves the
settlement of their claim in the amount of $608 .08.
