BE IT RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul enter into an agreement with the
hlet�opolitan Waste Control Commission for the installation of a storm sewer
on Stella Street, which would cross underneath an existing sanitary inter-
ceptor sewer at Como Avenue. The sanitary interceptor sewer is the property
of the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission and a section of the intercep-
tor sewer wili have to be removed (and lafier replaced) in order to allow the
installation of the storm sewer. City Project No. S-0460D16;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said Limited Use Permit be at no cost to
the City;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are he�eby authorized
and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of St. Paul .
