RESOLVED, tha.t upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to: Paul Nachtsheim and Ma.rie T,
Nachtsheim, husband and wife, the sum of $300 in full settlement
of their claim for damages and injuries sustained Februa.ry 8,
1975, when Ma.rie T, Nachtsheim fell on the sidewalk in front
of 899 Payne Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
