WHERF�AS, the Housin� an d Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota requests that certain tax forfeited lands located in the City of
Saint Paul be conveyed to them for renewal purpose, pursuant to the
grovlsions of M.S.A. 282.01, Subd. l, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Saint Paul has no objection to the conveyance
of certain tax-forfeited lands to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of the City of Saint Pau1, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Ci�y Council of Saint Paul approve the conveyance of
certain tax forfeited lands to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Saint Paul pursuant to the provisions of M.S.A. 282.01, Subd.
1 and legally described as follows:
