KLEIN; AND GREGORY A. RIES AND PETER PAULOS , HIS ATTORNEY Claimant, Gerald F. Klein, requests reimburse�nent for medical expenses incurred when his son, Gerald M. Klein, was bitten by a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, dog on June 3, 1978. Gerald M. Klein and other children were permitted to pet the dog. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Klein's claim in the amount of $73 .75 . Claimant, Gregory A. Ries, and Peter Paulos , his attorney, re- quest payment for injuries sustained by Mr. Ries when he was sprayed in the eyes with mace by a City of Saint Paul, Depart- ment of Police, officer. Expenses are for medical bills and loss of time from his employment. This office approves the settlement of their claim in the amount of $750.00. ���
