RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. Milwaukee Insurance and Frances E. Holmberg the
sum of $525.00 in full settlement of their claim
of damages sustained on or about February 3, 1978, as
more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on August 22, 1978.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
MILWAUKEE INSURANCE AND FRANCES E. HOLMBERG
Claimants, Milwaukee Insurance and Frances E. Holmberg, re-
quest reimbursement for damages to Ms. Holmberg's garage which
was daznaged when a City of Saint Paul , Departsnent of Public
Works, vehicle hit the garage. This office approves the
settlement of their claim in the amount of $525.00.
