RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve and authorize the issuance and sale of City of Saint
Paul general obligations bonds for the purpose of refunding
Refunding Bonds of 1976, Series B (Downtown Development District No.
1, Series 1974 and 1975) , in the amount of $4,915,000, for Park
Nursery-Edgcumbe Recreation Center in the amount of $1,935,000, and
for Seventh Place Redevelopment Project in the amount of $6,940 ,000 ,
and the Director of the Department of Finance and Management
Services is hereby authorized and directed to prepare all necessary
documents leading towards said issuance and sale, and he shall
report back to the City Council recommending a proposed date of sale.
