WHEREAS, Walter A* Raschicki owner of the subject property on
September 7, 1977 did apply to the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey
County and the Commissioner of Revenue for the state of Minnesota to
have the special assessments on tha property for years 1974, 1975, 1976
and 1977 abated, and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation on
March 28, 1978 recommended that said special assessments be waived or
forgotten,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RE$OLVED* that the Council of the City of
i5aint Faul does hereby approve the application of Waiter A. Raschick
for the abatement of special assessments to and for said property for
the years 1974, 1975, 1976 and 1977,, as more fully descxibed in the
applfcation identified as County Audi.tor'g Repo�t No, 93022 ; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is directed to transmit a
copy of this resolution to the Rams�y County Auditor.
