BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve the application of the Port Authority of the City
of Saint Paul for abatement of special assessments on the property
at 230 Eva Street for the years 1975 and 1976, as more fully de-
scribed in the application identified as County Auditor ' s No.
94725; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is directed to transmit
a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Auditor.
