WHEREAS, a request has been received from Michael O'Connell on behalf of the owner of the
property at 1183 Wilson Avenue, Saint Paul, for the release of an easement originally taken by
Council File No. 185335, approved by the Council December 4, 1957, described as follows:

In the matter of condemning and takiug an easement in the land necessary for slopes,
cuts and fills in grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 7,
H. F. Schwabe's Addition; Block 7, Lindley Heights, and Block 4, Lindley Pazk,
from Cmffith street to the west line of Lot 22, Block 7, H. F. Schwabe's Addition;
and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Depariment of Public Works has determined that it no longer needs the
easement taken for the property at 1183 Wilson Avenue, described as: LOT 6, BLOCK 4,
LINDLEY PARK; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that based upon a utility easement Certificate of Intended Non-Use filed voluntarily
by the Saint Paul Department of Public Works, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, on behalf of
the City for itself and on behalf of this department, does hereby waive and release the above
described easement at 1183 Wilson Avenue; and, be it fiirther
20 RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resolution, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
21 to record a copy of this resolution in the office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, and that
22 the City Clerk shall maintain a copy of the Certificate of Intended Non-Use referenced in this
23 resolution on file in the Office of Citizen Services.
