PAUL ' DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE5 ,���c������,� i ASSESSMENT DIVISION 'X�`� '�S 113 CITY HALL 5T.PAUI.MINNESOTA 55102 December 28, 1979 File 18078 � � Pag�e The Council of_the City of St. Paul will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House (third floor) at 10:00 a.m, on January 15, 1980 about the advisability of proceeding with the following City Project which proposes to: • Construct sanitary sewer in Hillwood Court from the cul-de-sac to Wiggins Road and �in Wiggins Road from Burlington Road to Hillwood Court. Also, construct sewer service connections. The estimated total expenditure for this project is $48,000.00 and will be financed as follows: Assessements $43,700.00 City Aid 4,300.00 Total $48,000.00 The estimated assessment rate per assessable foot is $18.50. Sewer service connection charges will be in addition to the above rate and are estimated to be $600.00 per connection. If you would like to lanow more about this improvement, you can telephone 298- 5421 for construction information (Public Works) or 298-5241 for assessment information (Department of Finance and Management Services). In addition the City Technical Advisors will be available to meet with you and discuss this proposed improvement in Room 286 City Hall from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. the same day as the hearing. While the City Charter requires that we notify you of the hearircg, we want to help you to learn fully about any improvement that could affect you or your co�nunity. Therefore, I sincerely hope you can attend this hearing, so that you can make your views about it known to the City Council. J.
