In the Matter of �ondemning and taktng the following described easements in connection Mith
th� improvement of Hlllwood Court and Niggins ttoad:
An easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, including
right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof�
, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slvpes in the grading
of the above streets, said slopes to conform to slope drawings No. 2175 and
2277� filed in 51ope Drawer /1Z in the Department of Public Warks.
Also� a permanent easement for sewer purposes on, over and across that tand describ�d
as follows:
