File 18077 G, S Page The Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the�City Hall and Court House (third floor) at 10:00 a.m. on January 15, 1980 about the advisability of proceeding with: - � grading, paving and constructing concrete curb and gutter and storm water drain- age facilities on Hillwood Court from the cul-de-sac to Wiggins Road and Wiggins Road fr.om Burlington Road to Hillwood Court. Also, construct storm sewer in an easement to be obtained from Hillwood Court to McKnight Road. Also, condemning and taking the following described easements in connection with the improvement of Hillwood Court and Wiggins Road: An easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, in- cluding right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remain- der thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading of the above streets, said slopes to co-nform to slope drawings No. 2175 and 2277, filed in Slope Drawer 4�2 in the Department of Public Works. Also, a permanent easement for sewer purposes on, over and across that land de- scribed as follows: The south 16' of Lot S, Blk. l, Leonard Oak Hills and the south 16' of Lot 5, Leonard Oak Hills No. 2 and the north 5' of Lot 6, Leonard Oak Hills No. 2. Also, a temporary construction easement on, over and across that land described as follows: The north 10' of the south 26' of Lot 5, Blk. 1, Leonard Oak Hills, the north 10' of the south 26' of Lot 5, Blk. 1, Leonard Oak Hills No. 2; the north 6' of Lot 6, Blk. 1, Leonard Oak Hills, said temporary ease- ment to remain in effect until completion of the Hillwood Court Sanitary Sewer System or until January 1, 1981, whichever occurs first. The estimated total expenditure for this project is $230,000.00 and will be f.inanced as follows: Assessments $209,800.00 City Aid 20,200.00 Total $230,000.00 The estimated assessment rate per assessable foot is $87.50. If you wish detailed information regarding this proposed improvement, you may telephone 298- 5311 for construction information (Public Works) or 298-5241 for assessment information (De- partment of Finance and Management Services). In addition the City Technical Advisors will be available to meet with you and discuss this proposed improvement in Room 286 City Hall from 9,30 to 10:00 a.m. the. same day as the hearing.
