As you know, you were scheduled to appear in front of the Saint Paul City Council on
February 7, 2001 for a hearing on whether your provisional taacicab driver's license should be
revoked for failure to attend taxicab driver training, pursuant to Saint Paul Le�islative Code §
376.17(d). Because you were present for the hearin�, but then asked to leave before the Council
proceedings began, I asked that the matter be laid over until March 7, 2001.
You may either contact Reid Soley at the Office of License, Inspections and
Environmental Protection and arrange to enroll in and complete the next series of training classes
or you can appear at the Council hearing at 5:30 on Wednesday, March 7, 2001. The hearing
will be held in the City Council Chambers, Third Floor of the Saint Paul City Hatl-Ramsey
County Courthouse.

The Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection has recommended revocation
of your provisional operator status as a tasicab driver based upon your failure to enroll in and
successfully complete a taxicab driver training course, pursuant to Saint Paul legislative Code
§ 376.17(d). Enclosed is a copy of the proposed resolution.
Please take notice that a hearing has been scheduled before the Saint Paul City Council for 5:30
p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2001 in the City Council Chambers, Third Floor, Saint
