RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a tri-party agreement among the State of
Minnesota, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension; City of Minneapolis,
and the City of Saint Paul relating to the operation and usage of
the Minnesota Automated Fingerprint Identification Network (MAFIN) ;
said agreement terminating January l, 1984, a copy of which is to
be kept on file and of record in the office of the Department of
Finance and Management Services.
