and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota,
Abatement Nos. 96672, 96750 and 96751, Ramsey County Department of
Taxation, for exemption of real property describ.ed in said Abatement
Files from all taxes and assessments, the abatement and cancellation
of taxes and assessments against said property is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the City Clerk is directed to transmit
a copy of this Resolution to the Department of Property Taxation,
Ramsey County, Minnesota.

pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.575, Subdivlsion 1 .
