We at Ramsey Health Plan are as concerned about the high cost of health care as everyone else. We however are also dedicated to providing only the BEST. We have been proving this dedication since we were founded in 1972. We are continuing to find new ways to maximize the quality of our health care while yet minimizing our costs. It isn't easy. Listed here are the premium rates which will be effective for the City of St. Paul employees for the calendar year 1980. 1980 Single $ 42.25 Family $119.50 Retiree (with Medicare A & B) $ 27.25 Retiree & spouse (both with Medicare A & B) $ 47.25 Retiree (without Medicare A & B) $ 42.25 Retiree & spouse (neither with Medicare A & B) $119.50 Retiree & family (only one adult ` with Medicare A & B) $102.90 Many changes have been effected at Ramsey Health Plan since last year. The more significant ones are: a) amendment of the maternity benefit to comply with the new federal law. b) publication of a quarterly newsletter to our members. c) operation of the Primary Care Center on Saturday mornings for our members convenience. d) addition of a new clinic lacation in Stillwater. e) Ramsey Health Plan, Inc. will become Coordinated Health Care, Inc. on September 1, 1979. . - Page Two . ,� � Ramsey Health Plan (Coordinated Health Care) appreciates the opportunity to render health care to the employees of the City of St. Paul and their dependents.
