Tschida, 740 Manomin, St. Paul, MN 55107; Roger Peltier, 471 Van Buren, St. Paul, MN 55103 is an unrecorded contract purchaser; Lincoln Federal S�vings and Loan Association of St. Paul is tl� mortgagee in the amount of $7,000.00 as of January 15, 1971. The subject property has been secured by the owner since March of 1977 ; b. The buildings are vacant and boarded. c. No action has been taken toward rehabilitation of these structures. c7. Tickets have been issued to the owner for failure to pay vacant building fees; e. The Department of Housing and Building Code Enforcement has re- ceived many neighborhood complaints in regard to the structures; f. The conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard; g. The owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage; h . The owners of the above described buildinc}sshall make the same safe and not detrimental to the public peace, health, safety and welfare by having the said buildings razed and the materials therefrom removed from the premises within thirty (30) days from the date of the service of this Order; 2. Unless such corrective action is taken to comply with this Order or an answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Ramsey County, Minnesota within twenty (20) days from the date of the service of this Order, a Motion for Summary Enforcement of this Order to raze and remove the said buildings will be made to the Ramsey County District Court. 3. In the event �hat the buildings are to be razed by the City of Saint Paul pursuant to judgment of the District Court, all personal property or fixtures of any kin d which may unreasonably interfere with the razing and removal of these buildings shall be removed within ten (10) days from the entry of judgment; and if not so removed, the City of Saint Paul shall remove and dispose of such personal property and fixtures as provided by law; 4. The owners of record are: 1.- Fee Owner: Joy H. Tschida, 740 Manomin, St. Paul, Minnesota 55107 and 2. Unregistered Contract Purchaser: Ronald L. Peltier, 571 Van Buren, St. Paul, Minnesota 55102. The legal description of the property is: Lot 24, Block 1, Michels Subdivision of Block 4, Parcel Code 08-51000-240-01. The buildings are a house and garage of wood frame construction. The subject property has been secured by the owner si.nce March of 1977. This building is vacant and boarded. No action ha.s been taken toward rehabilitation of the structure. Tickets have been issued to the owner for failure to pay vacant building registration fees. We have received many neighborhood complaints in regard to the strueture. Inasmuch as the conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard and the owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage despite our warnings, and the continued vaeant and boarded up condition contributes a blighting influence on the neighborhood, it is the reconnnenda.tion of this Division that this matter be referred to t �City Attorney's office for razing and removal through District Court proceedings.
