RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full to
the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the
Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. Seeferts Hudson Road Nursery the sum of $392 .24 in full settle-
ment of its claim of damages sustained on or about September 18,
1979 , as more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on November 27 , 1979 .
2. Gerald A. Brandt the sum of $780 .60 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about October 19 , 1979 , as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on November 6, 1979 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY SEEFERTS HUDSON ROAD NURSERY AND
GERALD A. BRANDT
Claimant, Seeferts Hudson Road Nursery, requests reimbursement for
damages to one of its automobiles which was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services ,
vehicle on September 18 , 1979 . This office approves tlie settlement
of its claim of damages in the amount of $392 .24 .
Claimant, Gerald A. Brandt, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works , vehicle on
October 19 , 1979 . Exnenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Brandt' s claim in the
amount of $780.60.
