An ordinance amending Chapter 146 of the
St. Paul Legislative Code, entitled, "Limited
Parking Zones."
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 146.01 of the St. Paul Legislative Code
be and the same is hereby amended by deleting from said
section the words "traffic division" and substituting in
lieu and in place thereof the words "police traffic and
accident section. ��
Section 2.
That Section 146.03 of the St. Paul Legislative Code
be and the same is hereby amended to read:
146.03. Powers of director. The Ge�}���e�e�—e�—���a��e
�a���� director of the department of public works may make
such changes in the limited parking zones established pur—
suant to this chapter as he may from time to time determine
and shall thereupon cause appropriate signs to be erected
or removed �o as to designate clearly the changes which have
been made.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
