THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Sedtion 1. That Sections 133.01, 133.02, 133.03 and 133.04 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to traffic control devices and signs, be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 2. That Section 133.05 of the St. Paul Legislative Code be and _the same is hereby amended by striking the same in its entirety and inserting the following in lieu and in place thereof, and renumbering the same as 133.01: 133.01. Section 3. No person shall without lawful authority attempt to or in fact alter, deface, injure, knock down, remove, or interfere with the operation of any official traffic control device, including opticom devices, or any railroad sign or �ignal or any in�cription, shield, or insignia thereon, or any other part thereof. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
