proper City officers are hereby authorized and di.rected to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. James P. Jesse, Sr. the sum of $230 .00 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about February 23, 1979,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on March 27, 1979 .
2 . William Stone the sum of $973.11 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about February 21, 1979 , as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on March 27 , 1979 .
3. Mrs. Ger�evieve L. Donch the sum of $93.00 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about June , 1978, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City Council on
September 21, 1978.
4. Raymond J. Simek the sum of $18.77 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about November 13, 1978, as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on April 26, 1979 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JAMES P. JESSE, SR. , WILLIAM STONE,
MRS. GENVIEVE L. DONCH, AND RAYMOND J. SIMEK
Claimant, James P. Jesse, Jr. , was involved in an automobile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works vehicle
on February 23 , 1979 . Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Jesse' s claim
in the amount of $230 .00 .
Claimant, William Stone, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services,
Division of Public Health, vehicle on February 21, 1979 . Expenses
are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Stone 's claim in the amount of $973 .11.
Claimant, Mrs. Genevieve L. Donch, requests reimbursement for
damage to her birch tree which was damaged by a City of Saint Paul,
Department of Community 5ervices, tree removal crew in June, 1978 .
This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Donch's claim in the
amount of $93.00 .
Claimant, Raymond J. Simek, requests reimbursement for damages to
his hedge which was damaged by a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Community Services, tree removal crew on November 13 , 1978. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. Simek's claim in the amount
of $18 .77 .
