WHERE�S, tha Contractor has facilities for the testing of food, water, and bi�logical specimens and Ramsey County presently has no such facilities available � to it; and it is considered in the best interests of the parties hereto, and in the gublic welfare to contract for certain services. NOW THEREFORE, the Contractor agxees to provide at its Public Health Center, all materials, equipment, and personnel necessary for the testing of specimens and samplese • . Ramsey County agrees to reimburse the Contractor in a total sum not to exceed Two thousaad six hundred ($2,600.00) for such services for a period of one year commencing on January 1, 1979 for such laboratory services under this Agreement. The cost of servicas provided shaLl be id�r�tified in AttachmenL "A". Laboratory services not identified in Attachment "A" may be provided through additional atLachcaents. The Contractor agrees to submit to the Rarnsey County Conanuriity HeaZth Ser- vices, 906 Amarican Center Building, 150 East Kell.ogg Boulevard, St. Paul, a quarterly report of services, provided, showing the type of laboratory service provided, the date thereof, and identification of costs. Upon receipt of such report, payment will be made by Ramsey County within thirty (30) days. This Agreemeat may be cancelled by either party at any time, wi.th or without cause, upoa giving thirty (3U) days' notice, in writing delivered by mail or in person. � 'I.
