WHEREAS, the City of Sairit Paul purchased the property for the Dale
Street Widening pro3ect and which was condemned by Dist�rict Court No. �+28413;
and
WHEREAS, the Depaxtment of Public Works Y�s declared the property sur-
plus and has been vacated as per Council Resolution, C.F. 273138, approved
Ju.ne 21, 1q79; and be it
RESOLVID, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to convey
the property at 613 Van Buren Avernze to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
for disposition; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVID, that the proceeds from the disposition of sa.id proper-
ty be turned over to the City and be credited to the Dale Street Widening
Project account rnunber PIR 60000-711-000 (L-7835)•
