WHEREAS, A suspension hearing is presently scheduled before
the Civil Service Board and the members of the Board have been notified
of the hearing date; and
WHEREAS, Albert R. Zangs is unable to attend said hearing
because of a conflict in his schedule and has notified the Mayor; now,
therefore, be it •
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the
nomination by the Mayor of Harry Gaston, 627 Livingston Avenue, is
approved to sit on said hearing board with the same powers as the regular
members pursuant to Civil Service Rvle 16.D.
